10 minute trainer reviews

Beachbody and Tony Horton has released a new training program at home is a 10-Minute Trainer.
This is a training for those who are very busy, and may only have 10 minutes to devote a day to design the form.

10 Minute Trainer program is great and very suitable for busy women, professionals and anyone who find that working out for a long time too.
It consists of various methods for implementing and diet plan that will help you lose weight quickly and naturally.

Tony Horton's 10 minutes Trainer system uses a technology called "Super Stacking" and use the resistance bands for muscle growth and body sculpture.

Instead of starting with cardio, then the orientation of each individual muscle group, training sessions are organized.
10 Minute Trainer combines fat-burning cardio, total body toning and sculpting, and abs workouts in one 10 minute routine.

10 min trainer is great! I have had mine for almost a year. i was doing the workouts, then tried some other things ( i like variety) because I am trying to find the perfect exercise program for me, since I am not able to workout like I did when I was younger. I don’t know why I stopped. I actually was doing some exercises from a few dvds and doing my own routine. I am 44 yrs old, love to exercise, eat healthy, but have had some trouble with neck and lower back. So I have been having a hard time adjusting to my new way of life. I was always “hard” on my body, so finding something with good results that I can stick with, was very difficult . I just went back to my 10 min workouts because it works. Tony is not boring, annoying and you get a great full body workout. Believe me, I have tried many dvds over the yrs. My goal is to work up to getting his PX90 system. I am doing the 10 day lean jean to start, on my 7th day and I feel my skin is toned, feel more fit, not as tired in the afternoons. I am not going to weigh myself till the 10th day. The diet plan is a good guide if your trying to lose weight. I do the 2 workouts he suggests on the plan, and I also ad his p90x ab ripper a couple days a week, because I can’t do some of the exercises on the 10 min abs, cuz of my neck. This is great for people like me, but it is also good for people who don’t have much time or the drive to workout for hrs. Of course you have to be committed. I would suggest starting the lean jean, do the 2. Take it slow, more and more people get injured or do too much and get burned and quit. Take time to stretch and and deep breathing. It really does work.

I watched the TV spot this morning I was suckered into buying this.
I have a job that keeps me busy and a new puppy who got around in circles. I need to lose about 30 pounds and even if I have a gym membership really nice, I do not have much time to use it.
I'll keep everyone posted on my results once I did try.
I am eager to see if the money I spent was worth it.

I have looked in a few places to see what kind of results people who were posting for this product before I decided to get it … So far I have not seen anyone post anything about the weight they have lost …
I am looking for some concrete numbers perhaps?
Something like, “WOW!!! I lost 17lbs in only 16 days!” or something to that effect …
Other then that let’s hear some more responses!
